The Calico Capers Christmas Committee chose Hope House, Baraboo as this year’s recipient of their annual ‘Joy of Sharing’ the guild participates in each year with their members. The CCQG Outreach Committee dedicated their October and November Workdays to making pillowcases for Hope House, Baraboo. An Action Team application for this project was approved by Thrivent Financial for "see money" to help purchase for the pillowcases. The gift card received allowed the guild to purchase fabric for about thirty-two pillowcases.
An application was made at the Portage WalMart for a donation of pillows and a donated gift card of $50 helped toward the purchase of pillows.
